I'm searching for some ultra-comfy running/walking/cross training shoes.
My current ones are so old, and they are giving me foot and knee pain when I exercise,
which I hate.
I think it's time I invest in a new pair, and I'm open to suggestions!

I've heard lots of good things about the Nike Free--I really want to try them! Costco usually stocks a good variety of Adidas cross-trainers as well! I have a pair from them!
